SUMMER 2009


SUMMER 2009 training season will begin JUNE 1st! There will be an info night on

Sunday May 31st @ 6:00PM @
X-Body Fitness/CCK Training Facility
2140 Bering Dr. San Jose CA 95132

During this training season there will be several programs offered:
  • Strength & Athletic Development (12 Weeks)
  • General Conditioning (12 weeks)
  • Boxing Basix (6 Weeks)
  • Women's Total Body Workout (12 weeks)
Each include a fitness assessment which entails:
  • Body Fat % Analysis
  • Weight
  • Measurments
  • Strength Assessment
  • Endurance Assessment
  • Flexibility Assessment
