you get my point. People always try to get the easy way out because they FEEL like they're too busy to eat right and exercise. Because of this they are willing to spend extra cash to get the edge on getting to their goal to avoid the HARD WORK.
I understand people have priorities, but its not that hard to eat right. Fruits are cheaper than supplements. Cooking or making your own lunch is cheaper than going out to lunch. Eating breakfast can be as simple as eating a bowl of cereal. Eating dinner doesn't have to be some gourmet meal, but a simple one.
I understand people have too many things to do in such little time, I know that first hand, however one should always have time for themselves. Personally I work out 3 times a week on an average month. On more intense months, I'll work out 4 to 5 times a week. However I don't necessarily need an hour a day.
When I train my clients, I focus more on the intensity of their session. They'll be doing 20 to 30 minutes of work, but its CONTINUOUS, HARD, MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY WORK. No I don't purposely work them to the ground, but I do focus on technique and form of the movements we are training and make sure they execute each of them perfectly as hard as they can.
One only needs about 3 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes on their own if they want to start losing weight and or getting in shape. One also has to start eating right and stop relying on magic pill supplements.
Through out this blog I will posting some interesting articles and information I have learned about on some of the previous supplements I have listed so stay tuned!

I agree, my friend and I do not take anything outside of food, we don't believe in using it and we have enjoyed were we have gotten without supplements. Both my friend and I were able to loose weight (100lbs my friend and 90lbs myself), increase our srength (I started with a bench of 135 and currently am at 365), and gain lean muscle. Its all about diet and food. This is about 2 years of total trainning (bulking and cutting)
